As a bespoke product, we will first send you ring blanks to confirm the size that you have ordered, the ring will then take up to 2 weeks to be hand crafted in the UK. This ring will be individually hand made to your specifications. In the unlikely event that you wish to return this item, unfortunately due to the bespoke nature of the product we are unable to offer a refund or exchange once an item has been engraved. If the ring has not been engraved we can offer a 50% refund as a gesture of goodwill.
